I've been working in technology since my first job designing a database for Walt Disney Imagineering back in 1994. Since then, I've owned three businesses, managed publishing systems for a major magazine publisher, and consulted for an amazing array of clients, from ex-fighter pilots to working movie stars.

In fact, my clients have even included Apple, where I managed systems deployment for their developers conference for over ten years. 

I also represented Apple in education and big business, working with Apple Professional Services for Education and Enterprise.

I've helped some very high-profile people out of serious trouble when they were hacked and needed someone to help pick up the pieces. I've also assisted others in defending themselves when the hacking wouldn't let up. I've helped clients build new businesses and grow existing ones.

I've assisted more than a few clients in ensuring that bad employees couldn't get back into their systems after being fired. I've designed and deployed so many wireless networks that I can't remember most of them, and I've fixed the poorly implemented networks of other companies even more frequently.

I've been a close friend and confidant to most of my small clients and some of my bigger ones. Over the years, I've built up quite a history and have seen it all, which has given me a particular set of skills. These days, clients pay me the most just to sit and talk with me. I am what you would call a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO). My role is to strategically lead and enhance your technology landscape, driving growth and innovation. Rates for Fractional CTOs can vary widely based on experience, location, and the scope of work. On average, Fractional CTOs charge between $150 to $500 per hour, with monthly retainers typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the level of engagement and responsibilities​. You will find that I fit into the higher part of that range, and that the results you receive for that investment are worth it.
